User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and up-to-date account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with applicable email marketing laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
• Ensure you have the right to use prospect data you upload

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SendState for:

• Sending unsolicited bulk emails (spam) to purchased or scraped lists
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing recipients
• Fraudulent activities or deceptive practices
• Distributing malware or malicious content
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

AI Limitations Disclaimer

AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before sending. SendState does not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of AI-generated content.

Limitation of Liability

SendState is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access will be revoked and data may be deleted after a retention period. Violations of these terms may result in immediate termination.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland and the European Union. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Warsaw, Poland, or through EU alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
